According to Anikin, the vessel was arrested for debts and now the authorities of the Singapore port are achieving permission in court to sell it. It was not possible to fix them, because local companies refused to work with the ship, which is under US sanctions.

"Singapore hopes that the court will give him a ship and then the ship can get out of American sanctions, then it can be sold," Anikin said.

In addition, Anikin told TASS that the Partizan ship, which belonged to the same shipping company Hudzon, was stuck without fuel in the South Korean port of Pokhan, left without a crew and 100 tons of fuel oil on board.

“We tried to find fuel in all possible ways, but unsuccessfully. The ship was left without light, warmth and food, so it was impossible to keep the crew there for all standards. For some time we still kept the sailors in the hotel in the port so that they would look after the boat at least during the day, but now we already return them home. The“ partisans ”with the remnants of the fuel oil on board, which are about 100 tons, are thrown into in. Frohang, and at any point, a spill can happen there now, ”Anikin said.

Anikin added that the company "Gudzon" has repeatedly notified about this situation of the captain of the port, and also turned to the Russian government for help. The company also cannot sell or cut the ship into metal, since it is pledged by the bank. Immediately after the detention of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he turned to Seoul demanding to immediately remove the ban on the exit of Sevastopol from the port of Pusan. To clarify the details to the department, the ambassador of the Republic of Korea was called by Yun Gyn, after which the authorities canceled the ban on the ship exit from the port.

Meanwhile, according to the Gudzon leadership, the company never worked with North Korea, so it is included in the sanctions list unreasonably. The company's owners are in correspondence with the US Finance Department and seek sanctions.
