The Meshchansky Court of Moscow sentenced the persons to the defendants in the “Moscow case” to Yegor Lesnikov, Maxim Martintsov and Alexander Mylnikov. Lesnovy received three years in colonies of a general regime, Martintsov - two years six months, and soap people - two years conditionally, the Novaya Gazeta correspondent from the courtroom reports.
After the sentence, Mylnikov changed the measure of restraint from house arrest for a recognizance not to leave. Judge Irina Ukachatov found that acting as part of the group, three defendants used violence, not dangerous to their health, in relation to the representative of the authorities, the Russian Guard Maxim Kosov.
Forests were also found guilty of an inspection of violence against the junior sergeant of the police Alexei Fedorov.
