An employee of the Center “E” found in the VKontakte group “Open Russia. Yaroslavl, contacts of Daniil Kuznetsov, opened an administrative case in November. On December 6, Kuznetsov was found guilty of activities of an undesirable organization (p. 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) based on this contact and the testimony of the group's founder, Dmitry Alipyev, and activist Artyom Kolotoshin, who is serving a sentence. According to the investigation, Alipyev and Kolotoshin stated that Kuznetsov “called himself an oppositionist” and was “responsible for posting content in the group.”
Daniil Kuznetsov suggested that in the penal colony, Alipyev could be pressured when he testified.
