Skater Chen won the Grand Prix final for the third time and updated two records

American Nathan Chen won the final of the Grand Prix Figure Skating Series in Turin, updating two world records.

Chen, who took first in the short program, showed the best result in the free program, scoring 224.92 points and improving his own world record. In the sum of the two events, Chen scored 335.30 points, also updating his best result in the world (323.42).

The second place today was taken by the Japanese Yuzuru Hanyu (291.43), the third was the Frenchman Kevin Amoz (275.63).

21-year-old Russian figure skater Alexander Samarin took fourth place, scoring 248.83 points based on the results of two programs.
