The deceived equity holders of the Moscow Region held a rally in Krasnogorsk

On December 7, the deceived equity holders of 24 long-term construction of the Moscow region gathered on Optics Square in Krasnogorsk, almost 500 people, not counting children who are many at such events. The theme of the rally is the inaction of the authorities, the silence of the real scale of the problem of unfinished ones. The organizers were the interest holders who have been waiting for their apartments for 16 years - the house on Vishneva, 31, Lobnya. Initially, the application submitted 900 people, but the Krasnogorsk administration agreed on the event for fewer people. The invitations were received by the heads of the district administration, officials from the audit departments for shared construction - but in the end, only the Governor of Vorobyov was “present” at the rally.

In total, 807 unfinished objects are indicated in the Dom.rf system in the Dom.rf system. But the governor Vorobyov at a meeting with Putin recognized “problems” only for 27 thousand equity holders. Interest holders consider this a strong deceitfulness: according to this logic, there are only 33 tenants for each unfinished house.

“For 4 years, we have to desperately fight not only with the developer, who stole our money, but also with officials,” says Ksenia Salnikova, the Ksenia Salnikova LCD LCD. Interior citizens indicate that the rate of financing of facilities often does not comply with the completion of work agreed by regional officials, but the developer is not recognized as this, refusing the buyers of apartments to issue a payment schedule.

“In connection with the non -fulfillment of numerous legislative acts of the Russian Federation by the authorities of the Moscow Region <...> a critical situation has developed in the region. Despite the numerous requirements on the part of injured citizens, the agreement was not concluded <...> on co -financing the construction of problem facilities. PPK Dom.rf cannot enter the region without the actions of the governor provided for by law, ”the rally resolution says.
