We are not like that, life is like that. If the state conducts three political processes daily, the journalist has no right to be silent.

Someone in the “Moscow case” give years in the colony, someone is released home with a conditional term, someone’s business is completely terminated. Of course, not one was justified: rather, the sky will fall to the earth than the Russian judge will decide on such impudence. Decisions on individual political and people are made without a visible plan, but in manual mode. Gleb Pavlovsky sees in the chaos of new political affairs a sign of the collapse of Russian statehood. But at the same time, this predator plays with us, breaks us, split us. One day we feast with liberated friends and grieve with the families of those who are unable to help. It is unbearable to hear the questions: why couldn't you let everyone return home? Why do some courts go to the cries of “Freedom!”, And others in silence?

The only fact that the charge, in principle, proved in court, ‌ was that ‌ that Zhukov really wrote down his videos on YouTube. What he, of course, ‌ never denied. “Silets” like figures of frogs gathered for this - now they were ordered to destroy them in full seriousness. As soon as Zhukov’s participation in creating a video in his blog was formally proved, the investigation referred to an infallible examination prepared in the FSB. In the examination, it is assumed that when Zhukov says “use all forms of protest”, ‌ then he probably calls for violence. There is no other “business”.

Thus, the authorities showed a little. The process has become an excellent example of the “legality of the Russian Federation”.

We are used to cynicism, ‌ lawlessness and unprofessionalism in the courts. However, Zhukov’s business is even separate in this row: ‌ It was carried out as if this is a special visual aid for discrediting the court. Much attention was attracted to the case, ‌ and the Russian authorities, nevertheless, did not try to portray at least some competitiveness in the process (everything that the defense did was rejected). They did not hesitate to publicly call for a prison term for an innocent twenty -year -old student - simply because he is very smart.

On the day after the verdict, I thought about how it happened that we perceive a conditional term for an innocent victory, and the tops of our destinies - by a message, often excessive and undeserved, as well as mercy.

The reason, in my opinion, is that both sides know that the prison is real, and the house and friends are real. But the court that ignores facts and common sense, on the contrary, is not a very real thing. It is impossible to take him seriously. The sentences, the speeches that are pronounced there, no longer make any sense. And if they do not drag him to prison, you should not deal with it, whether such a court considers you guilty or not.

One of my comrade formulated this in the form of a rhetorical question:

And which of us can assume that his freedom in Russia in the next three years is unconditional? Who is still not here for a conditional time?

From a legal point of view, of course, it is terrible that we can celebrate sentences that give a criminal record for nothing. But in reality, we simply demonstrate contempt for those who endure them. Interestingly, they also demonstrate contempt - to themselves.
