People in Pskov protest against the construction of the Titan-Polymer petrochemistry. In response, the Pskov authorities held hearings that, in theory, should either approve or ban the plans of the authorities. So - according to the law. Hearings are called public. Only now there was no society on them. Information about the hearings until the end of their end was not ventured to be distributed in the media, and participants were collected in closed groups of the All -Russian Popular Front. As a result, the “public” said that the plant is handsome, and all construction issues (whose utility “public” does not dispute) will be controlled by the next working group. Or commission. Or commission group. The main thing is under the control of the "public".
"Is this a public?" -the director of the Pskov “Titan-Polymer” German Petrushko nodded to the hall. “What are you, the salt of the earth. Hold on,” his assistant whispered and patted the director on the shoulder.
The first from the so-called public was the head of the regional Executive Committee of the ONF Viktor Ostrenko: “The theme of the construction of the Titan-Polymer plant on Pskov land is very relevant,” he said, as he cut off.
Pskov Theater productions are regularly nominated for the Golden Mask Award. This year, another production was worthy to enter the short list of the prize, but they didn’t have time in time: the tragicomic performance “The Public Hear for the Construction of the Titan-Polymer Neftekhimzavod” was held at the end of November. What can be said about this production? Certainly, this is a classic. The director is a popular front in which there are no people. In roles-a public chamber in which there is no society and political Parties that are not engaged in politics.
Sometimes cash fees are not important: just the screenwriter and the director need a "good press"
But not every classic is designed for a wide audience. “He who wanted, he came,” the director said mysteriously. "Who wanted, he came!" - the director of the media controlled joyfully quoted.
Why was such a production needed? Well, sometimes cash fees are not important: just the screenwriter and the director need a "good press".
"Good Press" can do everything. To convince that the production was good. Or that the hearings were public.
When it will not be brushed away from the problem, the indignant majority can be said: “Ty, there were public hearings, the speakers expressed concern, but here - look - they talked about the ecology. And here - you can see? - The investor says that everything will be okay.
Well, yes, whoever wanted it came.
To protect against public opinion, the state and power continue to come up with artificial life forms that can be called representatives of society, ordinary people. Ombudsmen. Public Chambers. Public Councils. Human rights tips (which, of course, sometimes need to anniulate to the zero level, it is also called "Fadeevsky"). Public hearings, on which people are said on behalf of the ordinary population who are poorly represented what a simple population is.
"United Russia" is also trying to create such quasi-strokes: at the last congress of the party, it became known about the creation of a human rights center at EP. The famous human rights activist (Petrov and Boshirov will confirm) Margarita Simonyan will be headed.
After Shies, people do not want persuasion - they are simply against dubious production at their side
On their sites, authorities always try to put ads on public hearings, somewhere lower back, and often links to information cannot be found at all if they do not know their significantly accurate address. They are published in non -existent sections.
Well, then - who wanted, he came, wrote, performed. Emphasize the right one.
Why is the enterprise that assures that everything is fine with it is so afraid of the population? Because after Shiies, after the Arkhangelsk Nyonox, after Moscow landfills, people do not want persuasion - they are simply against dubious production at their side in principle. As a result, it turns out approximately the following dialogue: "I plan to settle with you, can I only in the corridor or about the kitchen, you also do not mind?" - "Mmm, the fact is that I do not want you to live at my place!" - "Well, you see, this is not worth the question ..."
Well, right: who does not have a mandate, as you know, can go nafig.
Curtain. Applause.
