On December 7, a drunk man came to his ex-wife and “began to sort things out,” the publication clarifies. “A conflict arose between them in the elevator, and the man stabbed his ex-lover at least seven times in the chest and neck, immediately disappeared, but was later detained,” 74.ru. reports

According to the publication, the murder occurred on the birthday of the deceased’s daughter. In total, the woman raised three children.

A criminal case was opened against the man under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code (murder), reports the regional department of the Investigative Committee. The court sent him into custody for two months.
