The criminal case against Samariddin Radjabov was re-sent to court

The prosecutor's office repeatedly sent to the court the materials of the criminal case of Samariddin Radjabov, accused under the article on the use of violence not dangerous to health against a police officer (part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by MBKh Media with reference to the lawyer of the Human Rights Postcard Sergei Badamshin.

The case was sent for consideration on the merits to the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow. was brought against Radzhabov This decision was made after a new charge , according to which the young man threw the bottle “at a distance of about 6.9 m from the kiosk of the ventilation shaft” and “at a distance of about 66.7 m from the corner of house 23 along Petrovsky Boulevard.”

• Judge of the Tverskoy District Court Maria Sizintseva on November 27 returned the materials of Radzhabov's case to the prosecutor's office to clarify the address at which the young man had thrown the bottle.
• According to the investigation, on July 27, Radjabov threw an empty plastic bottle at the rallies for the admission of independent candidates for elections to the Moscow City Duma - and by this action he created a threat of violence against three policemen (part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code). One of the policemen refused to be a victim in this criminal case and resigned from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
• On July 27, protests were held in Moscow in support of independent candidates in the elections to the Moscow City Duma, during which, according to OVD-Info, were detained 1,373 people . Three days after the action, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on the riots. Several people have already been sentenced to real terms.
