On December 6, the Meshchansky District Court sentenced the next defendants in Moscow case - Yegor Lesnovy, Maxim Martintsov and Alexander Mylnikov.

According to investigators, during the action on July 27, against the unremarkable candidates for the elections in the Moscow City Duma, three accused fell to the National Guard to the ground, and the forest ones, in addition, kicked the policeman. The accused was charged with part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code (the application of violence in relation to a representative of the authorities). None of them admitted guilt.

Forestry received three years in colony, Martintsov - 2.5 years, soapses - 2 years conditionally.

In his last word, before the sentence, Yegor Lesnov made an offer to his girlfriend Dasha, and after the sentence, already in a pre -trial detention center, he wrote a letter to everyone who supported him.

Now about loved ones. The most important fighter in this army is good - my Danka! And probably, baby, you now need more support and hugs than us. Max and I perceive everything normally. And you hold on! I hope you have already pulled yourself together?! Too many cool people are nearby to blame. I also hope that my mother adequately transferred the verdict and remembers my first letter. The layouts were clear even then. The miracle has not yet happened. But who knows - maybe Santa Claus will throw a kids for Christmas / New Year (who believes in what). I am sure that I will receive a bunch of letters on Monday-Tuesday (the censor will get tired of reading); I hope without snot.

I don’t have to feel sorry for me, because I myself do not regret anything. The gold rules were violated. Violence gives rise to violence.

Thanks to my new friends/acquaintances for smiles in the hall, former prisoners for solidarity, widely known to people in narrow circles! I am glad to get acquainted, albeit in such an environment. There will be something to remember! Friends from a small homeland that were organized in our best traditions. For help, especially unexpectedly - financial! Everyone who goes to the courts stands in pickets, makes noise - respect! From the heart, as the prisoners say. Excuse me, if you forgot anyone!

I can’t help but laugh at this topic, everything is not enough humor! I want to convey to everyone who is on the side of the poor riot police. Their families and friends. Especially witnesses from the prosecution! Are you probably such vile liabilities since childhood? The lessons of literature and the Russian language probably did not like?
