The 47news publication published a video on which Kovalenko and Kovalchuk explain their act. The police said that they decided to "joke over the Pioneer Police Department." Colleague Kovalenko and Kovalchuk from the ATS in Pionersky believed his comrades and began to cut out snowflakes.
“There was no evil intent. They tried to make the text as absurd so that no one could believe in its originality,” Anton Kovalenko explained.
