The Governor of the Kaliningrad Region Anton Alikhanov called “incorrect” the initiation of a criminal case against the local businessman and the head of the Kaliningrad branch of the Yabloko party Igor Pleshkov, who was accused of non -payment of taxes worth 37 million rubles. Alikhanov is not clear why the investigators searched Pleshkov’s apartment when he was not at home.
