The minutes of the meeting states that the 21st house will be completed, and those who bought apartments in 20 other houses 920 equity holders will receive compensation.
Earlier, the Nabskove resident decided to restore the rights of 5.6 thousand equity holders who bought apartments in 56 houses in different regions. 26 houses will be completed, and for 30 other objects, DDU holders will receive compensation. So, equity holders from the Saratov region have already begun to receive payments - today about 100 people received compensation. In some regions, there are now accepting applications for payments, and somewhere such statements will begin to be accepted next week.
According to the chairman of the State Duma Committee on the property of Nikolai Nikolaev, the problems with deceived equity holders have accumulated for years, and it is impossible to solve them overnight. “The houses that the Fund see that it can be completed will be handed over, and where it is inappropriate, for example, due to errors of the last developer, compensation is paid,” the deputy said, noting that for many DDU, the amount of payments by 15-20% and even 25% exceeds the initial cost of housing.
On December 10, 2019, the unified register of problem objects contains information on 1.06 thousand developers and 3.15 thousand houses in 74 regions of Russia.
