“The main claims against the organization are inaccuracies in the minutes of the coordinating council, somewhere the time of the meeting is not indicated, somewhere the person responsible for counting votes is not indicated. At the same time, from the point of view of the law, this does not entail the recognition of the protocols as invalid, ”writes Protasova.

She also drew attention to the fact that all 64 organizations, checked by the Ministry of Justice, allegedly carry out activities with violations. However, the ministry asked to liquidate only "Man and Law" and the regional branch of the "Good Deeds" party, which, according to Protasova, is no longer functioning.

The head of the human rights organization also drew attention to the fact that the inspector pointed out as a violation the reposts of information about the activities of "Man and Law" on Protasova's personal page on VKontakte without marking a foreign agent.
