The Basmanny Court of Moscow limited Vladimir Ratnikov (Komarnitsky) in the time he could get acquainted with the materials of the Black Bloc case. This was reported to OVD-Info by the father of the accused, Gennady Komarnitsky.
According to the decision of Judge Yulia Safina, Ratnikov (Komarnitsky) and his defense should finish familiarization with three volumes and 47 disks of material evidence by December 16th.
According to Komarnitsky, on December 9, the court gave another defendant in the case, Artyom Vorobyov, a week to get acquainted with the materials.
- Vladimir Ratnikov (Komarnitsky) has been in custody since June 28, 2018. Initially, he was accused under 9 articles, including the creation of an extremist community (part 1 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code), public calls for extremism on the Internet (part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code), calls for mass riots (part 3 of art. 212 of the Criminal Code). As of December 9, Komarnicki was acquitted of two charges due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
- The reason for initiating cases was the statements of the activist on the Internet and the slogans that he chanted during public events.
