Cherepovets: The case against a good -fading violation of the policeman was stopped

In Cherepovets, the court terminated the criminal case of abuse of authority against the ex-head of the city department of the traffic police Alexander Andreev. He was appointed a judicial fine, reports Newsvo.

In 2011-2017, Andreev patronized one of the local businessmen who was engaged in transportation. He gave instructions on which the carrier was less often checked, and violations were either not executed or softened punishments for them.

The investigation believed that for this the entrepreneur paid for the corporate parties in 2011 and 2012. It cost a businessman of 115 thousand rubles. It is assumed that the carrier also paid for Andreev’s personal purchases.

The case was referred to the court in October 2019, but the investigator stlounced his termination and asked to appoint a court fine to the police. The court agreed, Andreev will pay 40 thousand rubles, the criminal case was terminated. The court also confiscated 170 thousand rubles from him.
