The Communist Party leader Gennady Zyuganov spoke to the president in defense of the Irkutsk governor. The media wrote that Sergei Levchenko "dull, threatening criminal prosecution." The Communists said they intend to support their associate and conduct pickets in the regions of Russia in defense of Sergei Levchenko.
