The court issued a second verdict on the rally in Ingushetia

The Zheleznovodsk Court of the Stavropol Territory sentenced a participant in a March rally in Magas to 1 year and 4 months in a colony-settlement on charges of using violence that is not hazardous to health against a member of the National Guard (part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code). It is reported by RAPSI (Russian Agency for Legal and Judicial Information).

Seit-Magomed Nalgiev, a former employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, was accused of snatching a rubber baton from a Russian guard and crushing him with a metal barrier, which caused him to feel physical pain.

The case was considered in a special order, since Nalgiev admitted his guilt. Eight months spent in a pre-trial detention center will be counted in punishment, so Nalgiev will be released on December 29.

December 28th. It became known that the prosecutor's office filed an appeal with the Stavropol Regional Court, demanding that the verdict be canceled and the punishment toughened, reports FortangaORG . They want to add to Seit-Magomed Nalgiev a clause on the commission of a crime “out of political hatred”.
