Sergei Levchenko commented on the departure from the post of governor of the Irkutsk region. He spoke about the growth of the region’s economy and explained the resignation of media pressure, not indicating possible interests. The regional committee of the Communist Party was more sharply and reminded of the role of federal authorities.

Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed the deputy head of the Ministry of Emergencies Igor Kobzev Acting Governor of the Irkutsk Region on December 12. The former elected head of the region, Sergei Levchenko (Communist Party), filed an application for care of his own free will, although he repeatedly stated that he would run for a second term.

Dear fellow countrymen, I want to contact you today with important words. In 2015, you entrusted me with your votes, and this was for me the main incentive in work. We have done a lot over the years: we doubled the budget and reduced public debt. Illegal cutting became less by 50 percent, and taxes from forest and other large business have three times. We began to build more schools, hospitals and other social objects. In Irkutsk, the most difficult transplanting operations began to be carried out, and in 2020 the first heart transplant operation will be held. The Irkutsk region entered the top 10 regions of the country's leaders in the pace of cultural development. The first in the country we began to massively master the virgin lands. We did a lot of things for the first time. Of course, there were mistakes. But still, I want to thank those people who have worked with me all these years.

I decided to resign on my own, because in this situation it will be better for residents of my native Irkutsk region.

You probably noticed that recently from the media the media too much dirt is pouring to me and the people who work with me. I am already used to criticism, but I can’t allow people who have done and do a lot for the region. These are the heads of municipalities, and ordinary civil servants, who worked without a weekend in the zone of a floods unprecedented for our region. Special thanks to the mayors whom the people chose, but for some reason some journalists began to call them local princes. God sees that we worked together and did not pay attention to party affiliation. Unfortunately, our life is arranged so that many of these people began to suffer only because they publicly supported me.

Dear fellow countrymen, in 2015, the Irkutsk region began to be called the most free region in the country. We had a discussion in parliament, and the media began to talk about those problems that were used to be silent about. What we managed to do is not my merit, but the merit of the free spirit of the inhabitants of the region and political competition. I really want to continue. And I'm sure it will be so. With anger and indignation, the Communists and supporters of the Communist Party took a message about the dismissal of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin from the post of governor of the Irkutsk region Sergey Georgievich Levchenko. The denouement of evil slander and the unbridled bullying of the popularly elected People's Governor S.G. Levchenko by federal and local television channels was a shameful coercion to leave his position as the head of the region.

Topping the concepts of conscience and honor, despite the powerful protest wave in its protection, which swept through the country, the Kremlin authorities, the United Russia party and the region’s retirers did not come to terms with the triumphal victory in the Governor's elections in 2015 of the first secretary of the Irkutsk regional committee of the Communist Party S.G. Levchenko, through rotten television products, vengefully poured out thick streams of lies and slander for four years to abdicate him from power and prevent his success in the elections of the governor of our region in September 2020.

It is significant that it was on the Day of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, contrary to the constitutional norm that “the only source of power in the Russian Federation is its multinational people,” the president signed a decree ignoring the will of voters of the Irkutsk region, which awarded S.G. Levchenko Mandate of trust to become her governor. True to the ideas of humanism and social justice, S.G. Levchenko, the only one of the governors of Russia publicly opposed the lobbying party "United Russia" and signed by V.V. Putin of cannibal pension reform, refused Magnat O. A perfect coup in the highest echelon of regional authorities on the eve of the All -Russian Protection of the Protection of S.G. Levchenko only demonstrates the fear, meanness and greed of those who seek to again take away the rich resources of our region, which were excommunicated from them by the governor. It is well known that thanks to purposeful and effective work, the governor-communist managed to form the first state plan of socio-economic development of the Irkutsk region in 2019-2023. And already due to doubling the budget of the region to deploy a wide social program of targeted assistance to children, youth, older generation, disabled people and other categories of citizens. At the same time, only the construction and repair of social facilities in the Irkutsk region was covered in 2018 more than in 2015: 3.9 times, sports facilities are 3.8 times and 14 times! A unique result against the backdrop of dead end and detrimental work of the Governor-Rossees!

Having crossed out the impressive merits of the activity of S.G. Levchenko, having spat on the will of voters and organized the television “Mochilovo”, the federal authorities at the same time humiliated the inhabitants of the Irkutsk region, their freedom and the right to choose the head of the region. The Kremlin clearly miscalculated, believing that the freedom -loving people of the Irkutsk region would accept another Varangian, the Kremlin appointment, who also does not have the political, economic and economic experience of the regional management. It is doubtful that he surpassed the record performance of S.G. Levchenko and gained recognition of the inhabitants of the Irkutsk region. The history of such “experiments” in our region eloquently indicates that they were ended with forever for him and the disappointment of the population.

Finding no grounds for termination of powers S.G. On the grounds of losing confidence and violations of the law, Levchenko forced him to resign him and thereby revealed the true intentions of the authorities, oligarchy and thief businessmen in the Irkutsk region, opening the scope for robbery, clash and “war” of their commercial interests to the detriment of the socio-economic development of the region and the standard of living of our people.

Levchenko, from the post of governor of the Irkutsk region, calls on its inhabitants to realize the threat of deprivation of social rights of people over us, to expand and union of communists, patriots, allies and supporters for the confident victory of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of the Governor and the municipal authorities of the region in 2020.
