The director of the FBK Ivan Zhdanov was detained at the exit of the special receiver. This was reported in the telegram channel "Navalny team."
Zhdanov was put down on a police bus and, supposedly, was taken to the police department.

Zhdanov’s lawyer Vladimir Voronin on his Twitter said that the director of the FBK calls the department of the Moscow Department of the Federal Bailiff Service (UFSSP) to the inquiry department.

In a conversation with the MBH Media, Voronin explained that Zhdanov is now in the status of the suspect, and he is called to familiarize himself with the results of examinations in the case. The lawyer noted that on December 17, Zhdanov may be charged with this criminal case.
The case under the article on non-fulfillment of the court decision (part 2 of article 315 of the Criminal Code) against Ivan Zhdanov was allegedlyexcited due to the fact that he, as the director of the FBC, does not fulfill the court decision and does not delete the film “He is not Dimon for you” from the Internet.
On December 6, the Khamovnican Court of Moscow arrested Zhdanov for 10 days. He was found guilty under Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (organization of a public event without submitting a notification) in connection with the action with the Mosgorisbirkom.

The first accused in the criminal case under the article on non -fulfillment of the court decision (part 2 of article 315 of the Criminal Code) was Roman Rubanov - the former director of the FBK. Then Rubanova was put on the wanted list. He told Medusa that at the end of December 2018 he went abroad to rest. Approximately at the same time, his name appeared in the criminal investigation base. After that, Rubanov decided that he would not return to Russia in the near future.
In May 2017, billionaire Alisher Usmanov won a lawsuit against the FBK, after which the court ordered the fund to delete part of the film, which refers to the expensive gifts Usmanov Medvedev. FBK reported that he had fulfilled this instruction. However, the founder of the Fund Alexei Navalny refused to delete the investigation from his personal YouTube channel.
