Nikiforova clarified that in part 1 of article 20.2.2, the Code of Administrative Offenses was fined 10 thousand rubles, and in part 1 of article 19.3 - for 500 rubles of eco -activists Nikolai Vorobyova, Irina Nikiforova, Vera Kerpel, Lyubov Sheshina, Irina Afanasyeva, Irina Azabina, Valentina Kuznetsova, Elena Ramnikov, Maratnikov, Maratnikov Munasipova, Ruzalia Gainullin, Firaya Kasimova, Valentina Andronov and Zoya Martyashin.
Alexei Alekseev was fined for 10 thousand under part 1 of article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and 700 rubles under part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
Irina Nikiforova added that almost the same protocols on all detainees. According to the security forces, the activists camp created interference with the free movement of construction equipment and the organization of construction work. At the same time, the camp participants allegedly did not fulfill the demands of the police and did not stop imposing construction work.

The police left three detainees in the police department at night: eco -activist Rushan Kabirova, lawyer Oleg Burilov and lawyer Sergei Sychev. The consideration of their cases may take place on December 17.
As Nikiforova told, the consideration of the case of another detained activist, Tatyana Vorobyova, was also postponed to December 17 due to the poor health of the woman: she had a hypertensive crisis.
