Anastasia Shevchenko, accused under the article on “undesirable organization”, had her house arrest extended

The Leninsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don extended the house arrest of Anastasia Shevchenko, accused under an article on an undesirable organization. This is reported by "Pravozashchita Otkrytka" with reference to Shevchenko's lawyer Sergei Badamshin.

The house arrest was extended for another month, until January 18, 2020. The court also allowed Anastasia Shevchenko to talk to her mother on the phone.

Anastasia Shevchenko is accused of collaborating with an undesirable organization (Article 284.1 of the Criminal Code), at the end of January she was placed under house arrest. On January 30, Shevchenko's daughter was hospitalized from a boarding school for children with developmental disabilities, on January 31 she died in intensive care.
