
The Yakutsk OFAS commission discovered the creation of a cartel between three baby food suppliers. According to the investigation, this allowed companies to win all trading in the amount of almost a billion rubles, the press service of the UFAS said.
The companies "Children's Row", "Enf Trade" and "Albatros" were accused of an anti -competitive agreement during 26 auction for the supply of children's food to state institutions of Yakutia, the Ulyanovsk and Astrakhan region with a total value of 658 million rubles. Due to the conspiracy, the participants of the cartel managed to conclude contracts with a slight - up to 1% - a decrease in the initial prices.

For the conclusion of an anti -competitive agreement, companies face an administrative fine of up to 50% of the initial value of the auction, and their leaders - a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles.
