Corp."), Accused of thefts, robberies, extortion and banditry. According to them, the organizations and tasks were clearly distributed in the organization, and the most responsible instructions were carried out by the current special forces of the GRU.

The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) in the Krasnodar Territory was recognized by "E.N.O.T. Corp." A criminal organization , whose participants, hiding behind the propaganda of patriotism, committed crimes of varying severity. In particular, they are charged with extortion (Article 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) at a resident of the Tuapse district of the Krasnodar Territory, as well as theft (Article 158 of the Criminal Code) and robberies (Article 162 of the Criminal Code) in relation to the defendants in criminal cases living in the capital's region. All these crimes, the investigation believes, were committed as part of the gang (Article 209 of the Criminal Code) and the criminal community (Article 210 of the Criminal Code), which was allegedly organized by employees of the capital's department of the FSB.

Most of the "raccoons" led by Telenkevich are now detained. Their lawyers, appealing the measures of restraint, never indicated the connection of Karaban with the power structures. The defenders of Minchik noted that he is a serviceman with state and departmental awards for participating in humanitarian operations in the territories of foreign states.
