A protocol was drawn up against an observer in the Moscow region elections based on a complaint from a possible falsifier

In the city of Vidnoye, Anastasia Bakholdina, a member of the election commission with the right to an advisory vote, was charged with a protocol under the article on obstructing the participation of voters in voting. Bakholdina herself reported this to OVD-Info.

“I demanded that the commission hold a vote on whether to extradite a voter who votes on false documents justifying the right to early voting. They called the police, and at the request of the citizen who voted, they drew up a protocol against me under Article 5.69 of the Code of Administrative Offenses,” Bakholdina said.

Early elections to the council of deputies of the Leninsky district of the Moscow region are now taking place in the Moscow region. Earlier, Bakholdina had already identified a number of violations , as well as signs pointing to coercion in early voting. She filed complaints, but on December 14 it became known that the territorial election commission asked the police to bring her to administrative responsibility under the same article.
