The video blogger about summer protests was tested to arouse hatred or enmity to the Rosgvardeis

The roller of the Voronezh video blogger Pavel Sychev about summer protests in Moscow tested on stimulating hatred or enmity to the Rosgvardyers. He reported this to the ATS-Info.

In August, Pavel Sychev recorded a video where he spoke about the brutal actions of the Rosguard employees for shares on August 3 for admission of independent candidates for elections to the Moscow City Duma. He inserted a fragment of shooting from the action in the video, where the Russian Guard beats with a rubber club of a young man who is held on the ground by two other fighters.

The blogger noticed that there are no identification marks on many Rosgvardisians, although the law obliges them to wear tokens with individual numbers. Thus, it becomes impossible to bring the Rosgvardeis to justice in the event of an offense. Sychev also invites the audience to sign a petition to amend the police law in order to oblige employees of law enforcement agencies to wear tokens with numbers on top of body armor and helmets.

In November, the leadership of the Russian Guard turned to the ANO “CSE” to conduct a linguistic examination of the video, which revealed “excitement of hatred and enmity, humiliation of the honor and dignity of employees of the Russian Guard, a public statement aimed at a negative assessment of a social group of law enforcement officials”. At the same time, Sychev noted, the expert interprets the insert with the beating of a young man as "the legal attempt of police officers to separate two citizens." The persecution is probably associated with the emotional statements of Sychev in connection with the actions of people in helmets in the video.

Pavel Sychev was repeatedly called to the prosecutor’s office in order to issue a decision on initiating the case, but each time they postponed this, since “there are no decisions on initiation” and “consultations with the center are going on.”

• The action “Return the right to elections” took place on August 3 and passed through the entire Boulevard Ring in Moscow. According to the ATS-Info, on this day at least 1001 people were detained. SC employees came to the detainees to the police departments and interrogated them in the case of “riots” on July 27.
