Kaliningrad: The townspeople demanded to justify the sisters of Khachaturian

In Kaliningrad, the “Sisters Bridge” campaign was held in support of Angelina, Christina and Maria Khachaturian, who are accused of killing her father. The townspeople went to the pedestrian bridge over the lower lake to support the girls and demand to recognize their action self -defense.

About 20 people took part in the action. They held in their hands the posters “any of them can be in their place”, “I/we are sisters of the Khachaturian”, “self -defense is not murder” and others.

Earlier, a similar action took place in St. Petersburg. Activists tried to tie ribbons to the fencing of a slightly adequate bridge, but the police did not allow this to do this under the threat of arrest. Then the ribbons were tied on a special design for newlyweds.

Three sisters Khachaturian are accused of murdering Father Mikhail by a group of persons by prior conspiracy. The defense claims that the girls acted as part of the necessary self -defense after many years of torture, beatings and sexual violence from their father. An additional examination confirmed that the violent actions of Khachaturian caused serious harm to the health of his daughters.
