How officials from education react to a collapse with the "mining" of schools

The evacuation season continues in the country's schools-and Moscow is still most suffering from them. There is still no official public reaction of the Department of Education of the city, as there are no intelligible instructions to schools, what to do when the work is completely paralyzed by the eighth evacuation in two weeks.

What are waiting for in schools? For example, decisions on early completion of training this year; clear recommendations for the organization of distance learning; proposals on how to conduct certification; What to do with those who were not allowed to add the final essay; What to do with the planned New Year holidays.

What is there instead? Firstly, the informal reaction of the department in social networks.

For example, on Facebook, under almost every repostation of my previous text “Evacuation is the main word of the month”, the leading page of the Department of Education Ivan Smirnov posted the following text:

“Upon receipt of a message about mining, the school is obliged to evacuate children to a safe place. All school employees know and comply with the rules of conduct during an emergency, so the evacuation is carried out promptly within a few minutes.

Under the thorough guidance of teachers, children are placed in neighboring buildings of an educational organization, managers or other city institutions. At the same time, class teachers maintain contact with all parents, report the situation and whereabouts of the guys.

Prior to the arrival of parents, students are safe, under the supervision of teachers and school staff.

I would like to note that cases of illness of students associated with evacuation have not been established in Moscow schools. Currently, schools have a standard epidemiological situation this season - on sick leave there are approximately the same number of children as usually at this time of the year.

If the school has been evacuated, then it is important for parents to calm the child and explain that these are the necessary measures for his safety. ”

This calm text is even somehow difficult to comment, especially in terms of students' health. Maybe a statistically significant outburst of colds is really not noticed: in winter there really are more colds than in the summer, there is no special “evacuation fever”, which could be identified and the peak of which is installed does not exist. But really does this really mean that no one is ill?

The only document that has yet been at school is the order of the Department of Education No. 448 of December 10 “On measures to ensure security in state educational organizations and other institutions subordinate to the Department of Education and Science of the city of Moscow, during the preparation and conduct of the New Year and Christmas holidays 2019/2020”.

The order tells the heads of educational institutions "to organize until December 19, 2019. Conducting a set of measures to ensure security, anti -terrorism security, fire safety and emergency warning."

At first, one might even think that everything that happens now in Moscow schools is a specially organized “set of measures to ensure security”.

And ask - are all these are the exercises? Did this check the readiness of students and parents for an emergency?

But no, we will not rush with such conclusions. In fact, the order is typical, annual. Last year, he was sent to schools on December 3, he was called exactly the same, contained the same requirements set forth in the same expressions.

This, of course, means that everything that happens is not a teaching, but an emergency situation. But if the situation is emergency, then the ways of responding to it should also be some emergency, and not a sluggish unsubscription in social networks that everything goes according to plan, “under the careful leadership of teachers”, “safe”, “under supervision”.

Great, that is safe and under supervision. That teachers carefully lead and cope, no matter what forces and nerves it costs them. That schools themselves invent difficult solutions. That the parents themselves take responsibility not to lead the children to schools, to the sections and on the holidays, until the wave of “mining” will do.

But that in the midst of evacuation cataclysms, the Department of Education simply lowers the schools with typical paper, worked out by copy-paste, and by parental concern is answered in social networks with copy-paste-this is some kind of amazing reaction to an emergency situation.

Or maybe the truth - everything goes according to plan? Maybe this is now our usual everyday life - with shooting in the immediate vicinity of the central children's store, with a series of evacuation of Christmas trees?
