In the Primorsky village of Kraskino, the people rebelled against the construction by a certain company Kim with a gas -filing terminal. Kraskino is a miserable, earlier a military village near the Korean-Chinese border of the Korean-Chinese and the borders of the Land of the Leopard National Park.

So who and why needed a gas -filling terminal in Kraskino, where there was no gas spinning, not counting household cylinders? What are they going to fill this terminal, where to then put what it is filled with, and how to make money. It is very doubtful that the depressive Kraskino, where all enterprises - customs, bank and road to China, will be able to pay for gasification. And by the efforts of local activists, it turned out that the project provides for the one -time storage of two thousand cubic meters of liquefied gas (LSG). At the same time, the delivery of gas to the terminal will be carried out by railway cars-tanks of all types. And shipment and delivery to neighboring China - tankers and semi -trailers.

It also turned out by the efforts of local activists that the land plot received under this terminal, located directly in the residential zone of the village, allows the placement of objects of only the 5th class of danger, while liquefied gases, which the builders of the terminal intended to engage, were assigned to the 1st to the highest class. In addition, it was planned to place the object in a area partially located in the security zone of the natural monument of the regional significance of the "Bay of the Bay Poset", where economic activity in principle is prohibited. Apparently, for these reasons, neither the head of the district nor the constructors of the terminal borrated to conduct a mandatory assessment of the impact of the environment on the environment (EIA) and public hearings on it. Without this, as you know, no construction can begin by law.

The same activists, citing friends-Chinese from neighboring Khunchun, found out that according to the laws of the PRC, due to frequent accidents, lawn-off stations can only be built away from settlements with mandatory bypass roads. The Chinese allegedly turned to our authorities of the border territories from Blagoveshchensk to Kraskino with a proposal to build such stations at home. Although the money under such "agreements", as you know, is direct and easy, not a single head of the Amur Region and Primorsky Pokrovka agreed to build these stations in the line of his settlements. Only in Kraskino, where they are going to use the road passing by the school and hospitals for transporting LNG. And most importantly: the former head of Kraskino, and now the director of this construction site and the deputy of the Khasan Duma regularly and willingly and now shows Chinese investors, as he is ready to transport gas to China.

After the protests of the local residents, the Department of Energy of Primorye suddenly abolished his resolution on the construction of the Kim company with a gas -filing terminal in Krasoskino. Nevertheless, according to local activists, construction is still in full swing. Now residents plan to write a complaint to Putin, the governor of Primorye, to the Investigative Committee and the Prosecutor's Office. For some reason, our people do not want to take risks for the sake of large plans for Gazprom and the Russian authorities in gasification of China.
