On December 24, the Moscow City Court extended the detention of three defendants in the Black Bloc case. This was reported to OVD-Info by an ANS activist who attended the meeting.

Vladimir Ratnikov (Komarnitsky), Artem Vorobyov and Dmitry Sporykhin will remain in jail until February 20, 2020. They are accused of creating an extremist community and participating in it (Article 282 of the Criminal Code).

Makarov is accused of organizing an extremist community (part 1 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code), of public calls for extremism on the Internet (part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code) and of inciting hatred or enmity by an organized group (paragraph “c” of part 2 of article 282 of the Criminal Code). Vorobyov is accused of participating in an extremist community (part 2 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code) and of hooliganism committed by a group of persons (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code).
Vladimir Ratnikov (Komarnitsky) has been in custody since June 28, 2018. Initially, he was accused under 9 articles, including the creation of an extremist community (part 1 of article 282.1 of the Criminal Code), public calls for extremism on the Internet (part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code), calls for mass riots (part 3 of art. 212 of the Criminal Code). As of December 9, Komarnicki was acquitted of two charges due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
