The Meshchansky District Court imposed a fine on Samariddin Radjabov, the person involved in the Moscow case, after which he released him from punishment. It is reported by Mediazona.
The court found Radjabov guilty of threatening to use violence against three policemen (part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code) because of a plastic bottle that he threw in their direction. According to the court order, Radjabov "had a sudden criminal intent", he threw a "heavy object" [a bottle] with force, which created a "sense of danger" among the employees.
The guilt of Radjabov is confirmed by evidence - "logical and consistent" testimonies of the injured security officials, as well as testimonies of other police officers. The argument that the bottle did not hit any of the employees is “critically assessed by the court” as an attempt to avoid punishment.
The judge considered that the correction of Radjabov was possible without isolation, and fined him 100,000 rubles. Taking into account the period of detention of the person involved in the pre-trial detention center, as well as the financial situation of the family, the court decided to release Radjabov from punishment.
The prosecutor asked Radjabov to be sentenced to three and a half years in prison.
