District police officer, led by a gang of "black realtors", was involved in the murder of ten Petersburgers

The former district police officer from St. Petersburg, retired major Sergei Krokhin, who was previously sentenced to a life sentence in the case of the murder of six people as part of the Black Realtors gang, admitted that he participated in the murders of four more people. Thus, ten inhabitants of St. Petersburg became all victims of the killers.

In the framework of the new investigation, Krokhin has already concluded a pre -trial agreement, the official website of the RF IC reports.

The investigation established that in 2010, Sergei Krokhin, as a district police officer of the 39th Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Kolpino district of St. Petersburg, organized a criminal group to commit the murders of socially unprotected citizens in order to seize their apartments. Krokhin and accomplices found people of elderly or leading asocial lifestyle, who owned the apartment. The attackers found out whether they had legal heirs, and after the analysis of the information received, a decision was made to murder.

"Basically, apartments were found where the owner were women who had a son or grandson. After the murder of the owner of the heir’s owner, they persuaded to enter a fictitious marriage with one of the accomplices, and when she became a legal heir, he was also killed," the press release of the RF IC said.

The guard of order Krokhin was invented by sophisticated ways of committing murders, who did not leave traces on the corpses of the victims. Gennady Ageev, a pensioner of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, was engaged in legal issues related to the design of the inheritance, after which he sold apartments. According to the investigation, accomplices from August 2010 to March 2015 committed 4 killings and two fraud.

The criminal case against Krokhin, who entered into a pre -trial agreement, is in court. And the criminal case against Zorin, Zubov, Ageev, Godovikova and Torochkova was also sent to the court for consideration on the merits.

In the spring of this year, Sergei Krokhin was already convicted in the criminal case of the commission of similar crimes - fraud, as well as the murders of "six socially unprotected citizens." Krokhin strangled two of them with his own hand, TASS reports. The ex-police was sentenced to life imprisonment.

His accomplices were also sentenced. So, the previously convicted resident of St. Petersburg, Sergei Nikitin, received 13 years in prison in a special regime colony, teeth and Zorin - 8 and 9.5 years in colony.

As Fontanka wrote, the murders of six people occurred from 2011 to 2015. Crimes were committed for the sake of apartments in English Prospekt, Lenin Avenue in Kolpino and on Leningradskaya Street in Pushkin. However, some victims were random and had nothing to do with this real estate. Because of the first apartment, the attackers first propped, and then killed the owner, his roommate, and then staged the death of the heir from an overdose of drugs.

In other cases, criminals acted according to the same scheme. Alcohol, the appearance of assistance to the heirs, a fictitious marriage and the renewal of the apartment to the spouse were used. “When the victims opposed, they received a fatal dose of the drug.
