The chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, demanded that the management of the Department of the Krasnoyarsk Territory conduct an audit of information about the village on sale with residents. This was reported on the website of the department.
Earlier, the NTV channel reported that an entrepreneur from the Krasnoyarsk Territory posted on one of the Internet resources an announcement for the sale of 45 houses and the livestock complex of the village of Vasilyevka for 20 million rubles.
According to the television channel, in the 90s, the state allocated money for the development of the village. Work on the development of the settlement was supposed to carry out the Minusinsk construction plant. In the 90s, his head received unlimited use for the production of agricultural products and subsequently became the only owner of the land.
According to the inhabitants of Vasilyevka, they were forced to pay money to the entrepreneur for the opportunity to prepare hay on his lands, as well as for the use of land. Over time, the requisitions stopped, and some of the villagers were able to privatize housing through the court, but most of them live on bird rights. Most of all, residents are afraid that the new landowner will deprive them of their mowing for cattle.
Representatives of the owner at first assured that the village would be sold only to someone who could revive it, but subsequently they refused to comment on the sale and even threatened the television company with a court claim. Meanwhile, in the administration of the Idrinsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, in which the village is located, they were surprised to learn about its sale. According to the current norms of the Land Code of the Russian Federation, the entrepreneur does not have the right to own a land plot and objects located on it.
