Since October 2019, the Human Rights Center and the International Society "Memorial" have been fined 5.2 million rubles for the lack of marking "foreign agent" in social networks and websites. A total of 28 protocols were drawn up on these charges. Memorial organized a fundraiser to pay the fines. OVD-Info publishes a chronology of events.
