Oryol poet Alexander Byvshev was excluded from the Rosfinmonitoring list of extremists. This was brought to the attention of programmer Ivan Shukshin, who runs a telegram channel about updates to the list.
As told the poet the publication “7x7” , on December 5 the court refused to exclude him from the list of extremists; the man had already prepared an appeal against this decision.
In 2015, Byvshev received six months of correctional labor for a verse “To Ukrainian Patriots” in a case of extremism (Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code). In April 2018, the court sentenced Byvshev to 330 hours of compulsory labor for the poem “For the Independence of Ukraine” under the same article.
In 2018, was opened another criminal case against the poet for inciting hatred due to the poems “Russian Spirit” and “Mighty Heap”. In March 2019, the case was decided to be dropped, but a few weeks later it was resumed .
