A case was opened against an activist of the Kurgan-Antiuran movement for calls for terrorism.

In the Kurgan region, the FSB department opened a case against the head of the public movement “Kurgan-Antiuran” Lyubov Kudryashova, reports Ura.ru with reference to the press service of the regional department of the agency.

The case against Kudryashova was initiated under Part 1 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code (public calls for terrorist activities and public justification of terrorism).

According to the department, the examination found that the materials that Kudryashova published on her VKontakte page from 2014 to 2016 encouraged a violent change in the constitutional order.

At the same time, Kudryashova was “an active opponent of the policies pursued by government authorities and the President of the Russian Federation,” denied the legitimacy of the existence of Russia as a sovereign state” and openly advocated a violent method of changing power.
