FBK came to the Moscow office with a search

The security forces in Moscow came to the office of the Corruption Fund. This was announced on his Instagram by the head of the FBK Alexei Navalny.

Lawyers Leonid Solovyov and Mansur Gilmanov, according to the “open media”, have documents allowing the presence of a search. However, the security forces, under the threat of physical force, banned lawyers to go to the studio.

The bailiffs who conducted searches did not let lawyers on the investigative actions for more than four hours.

The lawyer Grigory Chervonny was missed after he put on Balaklava. But when he showed the certificate, he was kicked out.

• On August 3, a criminal case on the legalization of funds was instituted against the FBK, after which on September 12, searches of the supporters of Alexei Navalny and in his headquarters were held at least forty cities, according to the politician's associates - about 200 addresses. After the searches, many activists were questioned as witnesses in the case of money laundering (Article 174 of the Criminal Code). A number of activists blocked accounts for 75 million rubles.
