“Sly”: in Nizhny Novgorod they unraveled the graffiti “⬛I⬛⬛⬛Ts” by a St. Petersburg artist, but, it seems, not in the way he intended

The other day, a street artist from St. Petersburg, Vladimir Abikh, showed a graffiti he made on an abandoned house in the center of Nizhny Novgorod.

The inscription looks like a rebus from the "Field of Miracles" - this is a six-letter word, where only the second "I" and the last "C" are known.

“If you take a walk around the area of ​​Sennaya Square in Nizhny, the answer becomes obvious. But we are no strangers to it, ”the artist commented on the work on his Instagram.

Users quickly guessed which obscene word was encrypted on street art, but some jokingly began to offer other options, for example, “Chinese”, “Syrian”, “Chilean”, “me and Spitz”.

On December 29, one of the local residents corrected the graffiti by adding the missing letters so that the word “sly one” came out.

In a commentary to Rise about the incident, Abih stated the following: “After the work is done, it belongs to the city. I’m fine with the fact that street art has a life of its own and is complemented.”
