Yandex filed a lawsuit against intellectual rights to the owner of the Afisha trademark LLC Afisha LLC, which is part of Rambler Group.

Details of the claim are not disclosed, but the Federal Intellectual Property Service has been involved as a third party. The representative of the Rambler Group refused to comment, writes TASS, Yandex will also not comment on the lawsuit.
In mid -December, the Afisha Company requested to stop using the word "poster" in the name of the services for MTS and "Yandex". Both companies have services that use this word in the name. MTS is “MTS Poster”, a site with a schedule of theatrical and movie sciences where you can buy tickets. The Yandex has a similar Yandex.Fisha service .
In the claims of the Afisha, the MTS chamber for patent disputes refused on December 20. The lawsuit against Yandex is considered today, December 30.
