A policeman was killed during an attack on a traffic police post in Ingushetia

Updated . The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation confirmed to Interfax that a traffic police inspector was killed during the attack in Magas.

In Magas, Ingushetia, one policeman was killed in an attack on a road patrol post, TASS reports, citing the investigative team.

One of the attackers was killed, another was wounded, and another traffic police officer was also wounded.

According to an Interfax source , there were three attackers, they drove up to the traffic police post in a car and started shooting from a machine gun, the police started shooting back. According to the 112 telegram channel, the attackers did not use firearms, but knives.
