They opened a matter against the video blogger because of the video about the deanonymization of the security forces

Against the video blogger from the Voronezh region, Pavel Sychev opened an administrative case under Art. 20.3.1 Administrative Code (excitement of hatred or enmity) due to the publication on his YouTube channel of the video about summer protests in Moscow. Sychev himself informed the OVD-Info about this.

According to the prosecution, in the video of protests in Moscow on August 3, “linguistic and psychological signs of excitement of hatred and enmity are contained,” as well as a “negative assessment” of the actions of “law enforcement officers”.

Sychev added that the prosecutor’s office intends to conduct a second examination of his video.

• On December 21, video blogger Pavel Sychev told the OVD-Info that the video on his YouTube channel about protests in Moscow on August 3 was checked on the signs of “excitation of hatred or enmity” after a complaint of the leadership of the Russian Guard.
• Sychev inserted a fragment of shooting in the video from the action itself on August 3, where the Russian Guard beats a young man with a rubber club, who is held on the ground by two other fighters. The blogger noticed that there are no identification marks on many Rosgvardisians, although the law obliges them to wear tokens with individual numbers. Thus, it becomes impossible to bring the Rosgvardeis to justice in the event of an offense. Sychev also invites the audience to sign a petition to amend the police law in order to oblige employees of law enforcement agencies to wear tokens with numbers on top of body armor and helmets.
• The action “Return the right to elections” took place on August 3 and passed through the entire Boulevard Ring in Moscow. According to the ATS-Info, on this day at least 1001 people were detained. SC employees came to the detainees to the police departments and interrogated them in the case of “riots” on July 27.
