The Eggoist cafe opened in Mercury

In the shopping and entertainment complex "Mercury" on Savushkina Street, 141a opened a cafe with breakfast Eggoist. The menu of the institution was developed by the chef Kirill Shishov, and Kirill Ulyanov is responsible for the drinks.

The menu contains cereals on ordinary and coconut milk, pancakes, cheesecakes, bachelies and eggs. They are prepared in different versions: an omelet with salmon, spinach, cream chiz and fresh bread, Benedict with snow crab or ham and mushrooms and an egg with avocados.

Of the drinks in Eggoist, coffee, smoothies, fruit drinks and water with lemmongrass, mint and lime leaves are served.
