The court demanded to demolish the town of landfill builders in Shiies. The rest will make winter - if the security forces learn to observe the law

The Arbitration Court of the Arkhangelsk Region recognized the buildings erected at ShiES station by the investor - LLC Technopark. Judge Anastasia Filipiev was the first representative of the authorities to hear the arguments of the inhabitants of the Lensky district to turn into the largest trash in Europe. And she confirmed with her decision: these arguments are not built on emotions, but on the law. And LLC Technopark, with the connivance of the regional authorities, violated this law.

The Urdomsky Village Council are the very people who were the first to attack a year and a half ago, in July 2018, having discovered cutting down on Shies. The municipality did not give permission for the wheelhouse - and therefore the investigation began on his own, during which one of the strangers appeared in Shiies found a certificate of an employee of the housing and communal services department and the improvement of Moscow.

For the first time, the regional authorities had to negotiate with the locals - the deputy chairman of the regional government, Yevgeny Fomenko, then claimed that the plant for the processing of solid waste from the Moscow region, the building materials plant and the production of deep processing of wood would be built. A series of bureaucratic selfless lies was just beginning.

To this, the uranium of the Urdomsky deputies answered a lawsuit in court. On February 26 last year, they filed a statement against the “Technopark” in arbitration. The fact is that while the authorities lied, work on Shiies was boiling, and the nimble builders managed to build on the lands that were not even withdrawn from the forest fund, a hostel on piles, an Angar for fuel, water intake wells, fenced off from excess eyes with a two -meter metal fence. Once again I remind you:

De Jure, this fence stands in the middle of the forest, but when the protesters tried to demolish it as illegal, were beaten by private guards in front of the police.

And then fines and arrests received from this police.

44 hectares of strife were taken by Technopark in sublease by Russian Railways until 2020. The terms of the contract do not provide for capacity. For this, they seized in the Urdom, when it became obvious: the fact of creating a training ground and protests against him by the authorities simply ignored at all levels - on a blue eye. Say, it seems to you that there will be no garbage here, and everything that hundreds of people and trains of construction equipment produce are simply survey work. True, someone cut down the hectares of the forest, but the police cannot find out who. And all because only crazy and freaks can see the construction site on Shies, because nothing is built on the papers there. Although only the protection of this “nothing” costs an investor of 60 million per month.

In the lawsuit of the Urdoma, the court appointed an examination, which proved, or rather, attributed the obvious: the hostel built in Shies, water intake wells and other objects are connected by a single system of communications and are designed to serve the future training ground for Moscow garbage, therefore they are capital.

The defendant filed a counterclaim to the Urdom administration demanding to recognize the building and construction built at the ShiES station. But he could not substantiate him.

As a result, a historical decision of the court took place: now the “garbage teams”, as the builders are called in the Lensky district, are obliged to independently demolish the erected infrastructure within a month.

And this means that workers, security and the Russian Guard, in theory, will have to leave the territory, because they simply will have nowhere to live.

It is unlikely that they organize a tent town following the example of their opponents - Shiies defenders. In this case, the winter begun will be completed - by spring, nothing will remain from the construction site, except for the clearing in the taiga.

However, it is too early to applaud the elegant victory of protesters. Obviously, an investor who has already invested more than one billion in the project is not going to abandon him. In a recent interview, the governor of the Arkhangelsk region Orlov already without abysss confirmed the interest in the project. And the problems of the landfills near Moscow, which planned to unload at the expense of ShiES, have not been resolved. This means it is worth expecting appeal, the process will be delayed for a long time - and all this time of work will continue.
