Omsk musician Dmitry Fedorov was found beheaded shortly after he reported in social networks about drugs thrown to him by the Rosgvardey

Dmitry Fedorov, who died under unknown circumstances on the eve of the New Year, was nicknamed the Omsk Kolunov in social networks. The young man was found by a video message that beheaded 10 days after he posted on his VKontakte page on how law enforcement officers put drugs in his pockets, after which they kept the day in the police department No. 7 “without the right to call and the lawyer”.

At 5 o’clock in the evening of December 15 on the street. Chemists, where Dmitry met with a colleague at work, on the way back to the stop to him, the Lada Grant car drove up, from which two Rosgvardisians got out. They said someone who looks like him on this street spreads drugs. They asked to show the documents and everything that is in the pockets to put on the hood. Further, one of the guards of order climbed into his pocket: a bundle fell from there.

The order followed: "Raise." Dmitry mechanically obeyed, leaving his markings on the bag. Then I heard: "Well, now, man, you are gone."

Meanwhile, as follows from the story of Fedorov, the fighter of the Russian Guard invested four more bundles in his pocket. On the call of the Rosgvardeytsev, the police department of the police department with the operatives, who conducted a personal search, drove up.

This happened, according to Dmitry, his detention. No other version of what happened, says Dmitry Petrenko, deputy of the Omsk City Council (the detainee turned to him for help after the criminal case), the investigation does not - not only for this episode, but also for further. In the case file, according to the deputy, there is not a single intelligible document signed by the investigator.

What happened to Dmitry Fedorov from 17 to 19 hours, when the search began, the investigation was unknown. He himself said that the Rosgvardists and the opera persuaded him “to confess everything”, and then a conditional term is possible, otherwise they will be determined in a pre -trial detention center, where they will “break” him anyway, he would give the necessary testimonies and go to the zone. Dmitry, as his friend Grigory Pankratov said, chose the "smaller of evils."

Blaf at a briefing

After social networks and federal media spoke of “strange suicide”, the police hastily gathered a briefing where the public presented the Video on the inspection of December 15, as the “proof” of the fact that Dmitry was a drug dealer: his “recognition”, the narcotic substances “found” in his pocket, as well as a gadget with a correspondence “confirming” that the accused is accused I distributed drugs.

The video turned out to be unconvincing: the record, as the deputy Petrenko noted, “glued fragmentarily”, the movement of the lips of Dmitry Fedorov does not fall into the beat of his speech, he generally “pronounces” part of his “recognition” with his mouth in a closed mouth.

The policeman conducting the inspection knows in advance how many bundles should be and in which pocket, as well as where the gadget is located with the addresses of the “bookmarks”, which for some reason was not sealed during the seizure.

But the most interesting thing, in the materials of the criminal case of this “main evidence”. As there is no personal inspection video in it, where “irrefutable evidence” is removed from the suspect. On the same day on December 27, when a briefing was held, a meeting was held in the Pervomaisky court on the complaint of a lawyer Dmitry (and after his death - his family lawyer) Igor Suslin, filed by him in accordance with Article 125 of the CPC - on the failure to provide material evidence. As it turned out, the senior investigator OP No. 7 of the SU Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Omsk Ekaterina Chaika does not have them.

- She clearly answered my questions: “I have no this video. “Did you get it?” - No. - Did she give you? - No. - Have you appointed an examination on it? - No. - And where is she located? “At operational workers.”

The investigator’s answers to the lawyer about the gadget, which contained, as the responsible persons of the Omsk police, geometes and photos of 15 “bookmarks,” were the same. The investigator did not see this gadget - he has been on December 15 with operatives, that is, "people with incomprehensible procedural status." The time for falsifications, says deputy Dmitry Petrenko, is provided to them more than enough.

The meeting in the Pervomaisky court made a strong impression on Igor Suslin, representing the Moscow City Collegium of Lawyers “Strategic Partner”. His opinion: people who conducted a briefing, all in rather high ranks (colonels, lieutenant colonels) defended the name of the deceased, calling him a “drug dealer” not only before a court decision (which is not allowed by law), but also not waiting for the results of the examination. “This is monstrous, simply monstrous ... I have no words,” Igor Suslin does not hold back emotions on YouTube. The lawyer asks the question: on what basis, having no record of the inspection or the gadget, the investigator initiates a criminal case?

Lining

Dmitry Petrenko writes in Telegram that "it was excited on the basis of materials for checking the operational-search event." But it turns out that Catherine Chaika still does not have these materials, she was not transferred to her, she said in court.

Meanwhile, the lawyer managed to get an entry from surveillance cameras, which recorded “operational-search measures” (Orm). After looking at it, Igor Suslin came to the conclusion that his client did not exaggerate when he told how after the night the police, at 11 am on December 16, the operative instructed him, in which places on Chemists Street he should indicate in the presence of witnesses for bookmarks: there should be 15 of them in total.

“But I will not remember so much,” says Dmitry on the record. “Nothing, you will show you at all, you will count it,” the opera replies.

Here is what the “new” former law enforcement officer who did not want to call himself said: there are a lot of video cameras on Kimakov Street, for example, there is a Magnit supermarket, and if Dmitry had made “bookmarks” there (according to the “police data”, he had been doing this since October 2019), he was inevitable to record the outdoor surveillance cameras. But there is no such video in the criminal case.

Punches of the search

That day, December 16, was quite rich in Dmitry Fedorov: from 14 to 15 hours - Interrogation of Catherine Chaika. After more than an hour after its end, the lawyer appointed by the investigation came to the police department and signed the interrogation protocol, and Dmitry advised to cooperate with the investigation, not to unlock, collect positive recommendations, and then there will be a court in a special order, and, possibly, a conditional punishment.

On the same day, according to the protocol, a search was held at his house - in the apartment on the street. Kirov. But this information does not deserve confidence. Firstly, there is no signature of the investigator under them. Secondly, it is said that Dmitry was present at this, and he at that time-from 18.20 to 19.00 he was on the street. Thirdly, as the deputy Petrenko found out, one of the witnesses at the same time Elena Yeremeeva has a native aunt to investigator Chaika: in social networks there was a photograph in which they are in an embrace. Fedorov left the police department on December 16 on a subscription of the lower room. An initiated criminal case under paragraph "G" of part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code (“illegal production, sales or shipping of narcotic drugs on an especially large scale”) threatened him with deprivation of liberty for a period of 10 to 20 years.

Friends helped to raise funds for Moscow lawyer Dmitry. Igor Suslin arrived in Omsk on December 17. Communication with local law enforcement officers struck him:

- The police did not want to give me the materials of the criminal case, demanded confirmation of my status. I showed a certificate, they answered me: "Such crusts in Moscow can be bought at any underground passage." I still can’t get video recordings of the inspection of the scene: if I do not receive them or they are damaged, the no coincidence of Dmitry’s death will become obvious to me.

On December 18, Fedorov submitted applications to the FSB and the head of the operational-search unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where he described everything that happened to him on the street. Chemists and then in the police department. “There are so many details that cannot be invented,” the lawyer states.

In statements, Dmitry demanded that the Russian Guard, who “threw the narcotic substances”, police officers, “falsified evidence”.

Then, on December 18, he recorded a video message to his subscribers and friends with a request to distribute it on all social networks.

Terrible oddities

On December 26, Fedorov was scheduled for a meeting with Petrenko, and at 17 o’clock he and the lawyer Soslin planned to visit the Rosgvard’s own security service regarding the complaint filed on the eve of the complaint.

The last time Dmitry Fedorov was alive at about two in the afternoon, his girlfriend Lyudmila saw. “He had no thoughts about suicide. I would understand if something was wrong with him. Everything is always written on his face. ”

He encouraged her: “Get ready for the wedding. We break through! " They lived together for 7 years.

His last call is at 16.30. At this time, according to Petrenko, Dmitry was on Khimikov Street, tried to find eyewitnesses to his detention, who would confirm that the drugs were thrown to him. After 16.30, he stopped in touch.

After an hour and a half - at 18.10, Fedorov was on the other side of the city - on the railway tracks of the station of the station. According to the official version, Dmitry fell under the suburban electric train of Omsk - Tatarskaya, who went at a speed of about 40 km per hour.

The head of the Omsk Investigative Department of the West Siberian Investigative Department of Transport Vladislav Kovalev at the mentioned briefing described the situation as follows: the locomotive brigade noticed a man standing behind the rails in advance, began to give warning signals, but when 10 meters remained before the train, the man used to be emergency inhibition, but it could not help. The investigation has two versions - an accident and suicide.

On the same day, deputy Petrenko went to the morgue, and achieved to show him a corpse. It is incredible that “the train drove around the neck so smoothly,” says Petrenko. He also visited the place of the tragedy with the bride Dmitry Fedorov, his father, lawyer. There, they had to look for blood spots for a long time.

Doctors who examined the body of Dmitry (though not calling themselves) in the Omsk media refut this: they saw a "typical railway injury - with a defrosting of soft tissues, separation of the skin, fractures of the bones of the skull." The fact that there is too little blood in the snow, in their opinion, can be explained by the fact that that day there was heavy snowfall.

Sitting citizens

On January 4, in the Hyde Park, in a few stops from the center of Omsk, the rally of the memory of Dmitry Fedorov was held with the participation of hundreds of people - his peers, friends. They held the poster: "Throw your conscience for yourself."

“He was a kind, responsive person,” said the musician Grigory Pankratov. - All the days before death, I was next to him and with Lyudmila. We saw, he did not lower his hands, he was ready to fight. We will seek the truth.

Under the requirement to conduct an objective investigation of the case of Dmitry Fedorov and 80 people signed to bring falsifiers to criminal liability. On January 9, he is transferred to the prosecutor's office of the region.
