Badme Byurchiev was fined five thousand rubles, Nikolai Gilyandikov three thousand. This time, they were both found guilty under the article on violation of the rules for holding a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for the action on September 29th.

Earlier, Badme Byurchiev was already fined under the article on organizing an uncoordinated event (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), and Nikolai Gilyandikov was given mandatory work under the article on violating the rules for holding a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
