Rallies against the waste incineration plant were held in Peterhof and Lomonosov

Rallies were held in Peterhof and Lomonosov after the publication by the improvement committee of a scheme, from which it follows that four waste processing plants are planned to be built between the two cities, as well as in the villages of Saperny, Petro-Slavyanka and Levashovo. Protesters believe that the garbage will actually be burned.

As reports Fontanka , in Peterhof people came out with posters “Beglov, don’t spoil the air,” “Peterhof is not a trash heap,” and “Against burning.” At today's rally in Lomonosov, "Paper" noticed posters "Against waste incineration", "We are for recycling" and "Kolpinsky district against MS3".

According to the publications, approximately two hundred people took part in both rallies.
