However, instead of punishing the investor for failure to fulfill obligations, the city hastened to fulfill its own on time - to provide leased land into property. And the deadlines for the fulfillment of the obligations "North-West Invest" extended. If initially the ache was supposed to be ready by the end of the summer of 2017, then, upon the additional mission of 2015, the deadline was postponed to the 2028th. Similarly, the date of the surrender of engineering infrastructure in coastal areas (energy networks, roads, social facilities) is also extended. At the same time, in 2019, the Institute of Stroyproekt JSC only began to develop a project of roads for roads on a nasal so far so far. In this regard, at present, they do not assume the installation of playgrounds, toilets, urns and other elements of improvement. ” In Smolny, they assured that "they understand anxiety on the issue of city improvement," however, "the investor fulfills the obligations under contracts, there are no grounds for their termination in court." We add that according to the general plan, the territory transferred by the North-West Invest company belongs to the residential multi-apartment building area with the inclusion of social and business buildings, as well as engineering infrastructure facilities. However, in fact, it turns out that only playgrounds interfere with the investor. Apart hotel, for example, is not a hinderer. So, recently, the Green Coast company extended permission to build an apart-hotel on the shores of the spilling channel in Sestroretsk. According to RGIS, this site is also included in the SSU zone. And its alleged heights exceeds five floors!
