A group of black realtors from Kolpino was identified and detained in September 2015. According to investigators, the group in 2010 was organized by the senior district police officer of the 39th police department of the Kolpino Ministry of Internal Affairs Sergey Krokhin. The accomplices of Krokhin Viktor Zorin, Zabara Zubov, Sergey Nikitin and several more people who are wanted, were looking for dysfunctional property owners - drinkers and drug addicts, rubbed their confidence and rewrote real estate. After that, housing owners died suddenly, and their real estate was sold.
The group acted not only on the Krokhin section (there the district police officer knew his contingent very well), but also outside Kolpino. The fatal for black realtors was an episode with an apartment in the Admiralty district.
It all started with the disappearance of 54-year-old Natalia Mezhakova in August 2015. Children submitted a statement about the loss, they said that recently the mother met with the trucker Yuri Sharov, who lived in English Prospekt. When he was in the city, Mezhakova lived with him, and when he went on a flight, she returned home, as the son of Yuri Vladimir used drugs and it was difficult to get along with him.
Checking the statement about the disappearance of the woman, the employees of the Admiralty Ministry of Internal Affairs found out that the father and son of Sharov died at the same time, when Natalia disappeared. The Sr. Sharova was found in his own apartment with signs of alcohol poisoning. And the body of his son was found in the village of Sapernaya. Death occurred as a result of an overdose of the methadone.

Both cases were recognized as uncriminal, but the loss of Mezhakova brought to suspicions. It soon became clear that shortly before his death, Vladimir Sharov married a gypsy, who was now busy with the inheritance of the apartment of the dead. The gypsy was taken to the police. Where she quickly admitted that she was married to a relative - Zabara tooths.
Zubov in the Admiralty Ministry of Internal Affairs knew well. He delayed several times on suspicion of drug trafficking, but managed to avoid serious punishment. This time, it was not about the trade in hash or methadone, but about a possible triple murder. The frightened teeth almost immediately made a deal with the investigation and said that the idea of killing the owners belonged to Krokhin, and the performers were Zorin and Nikitin.
As follows from the story of Zubov, in the spring of 2015 he met his old client Vladimir Sharov, who complained that his father, along with the new passion, decided to sell the apartment and move to the region. Sharova Jr. did not suit such a situation. Zubov promised that he would help to stay in St. Petersburg, but for this Vladimir needs to marry. Which he did, his wife became the same gypsy who, after the death of the ball, was busy with the inheritance.
Sharov Sr. was not happy to marry his son and decided to force the events by putting an apartment for sale. But he did not have time to sell. When on August 1, 2015 he returned from the next flight, the “friends” of Vladimir (these were Zorin, Nikitin and Zubov) with a drink and a snack came to the apartment. Yuri Sharov refused to drink, and Mezhakova tried to expel unwanted guests.
Nikitin and teeth forcibly poured almost a bottle of vodka into a man, and then strangled both Yuri and Natalia.
The woman wrapped the corpse in the carpet, carried it out of the apartment, loaded it into the car, took it out of town and buried it. The body of Sharov Sr. was left in the apartment. Where the next day he was “discovered” by Zorin and turned to the police.
And the Sharov Jr. Zorin took to Kolpino, promising him a free heroin. Like, he knows where dealers arrange bookmarks, and you just need to have time to pick up the drug before the buyer. There, he injected the guy with a deadly dose of methadone and went to the city.
The death of his father and son was recognized as natural. But the statement of the children of Mezhakova about her loss led to the detention of all participants in the scam.
Checking the data of Rosreestr, law enforcement officers stumbled upon another apartment associated with Zubov. It turned out that his sister in 2011 tried to get the rights to an apartment in Pushkin. There were reasons for this: the father of her three -year -old child was Dmitry Vetkin, one of the owners of the apartment. In the summer of 2011, his corpse was found in the forest near Pushkin. Examination showed that he died of alcohol poisoning.
The second owner of a two -room apartment was the sister of Vetkin Irina. She disappeared in May 2011. Her body was found only after the entire group was detained in 2015. The place of the approximate burial indicated the teeth. Although back in 2011, after the disappearance of the 23-year-old aunt of the child, the guardianship authorities did not give permission to move the child to the Pskov region, to a private house. And the accomplices failed to sell the apartment.
The investigation established that, having committed six murders, the accomplices received only 800 thousand rubles.
And at first, the case seemed profitable and simple. In a two -room apartment, the drug addict Viktor Sergeyev lived in a Krokhin site (the name and surname were changed at the request of the sister of the deceased . - Ed. ). He got the apartment from his grandmother, and he used it as a drug addict. Krokhin, on duty, knew this apartment, where he was repeatedly called by Sergeyev’s neighbors.
Having concluded a deal with the investigation in April 2018, Krokhin said that from Sergeyev he often received information about minor crimes committed by drug addicts. And even designed it with a regular informant. Therefore, when the policeman turned to the drug addict with a request to help his acquaintance with a residence permit, he did not feel that catch.
In the summer of 2014, Sergeyev issued a fictitious marriage with the daughter of Zubov. And two months later, he died suddenly from an overdose. Zubov, in the investigation, said that there was no overdose: Sergeyev was strangled and taken to the forest (where the body was found) personally Krokhin. But when the widow began to draw up an inheritance, the accomplices awaited the surprise - the sister of Sergeyev, who also claimed a grandmother's apartment. As a result, the dirty kopecks were sold for 1.6 million rubles (Krokhin admitted that if the sister of the deceased had not appeared, he would have made repairs in it and sold for at least 2.5 million rubles). The money was divided between the widow and sister.
The fact of a incommensurably small (compared to six lives) material income was paid attention to the state prosecutor Nadezhda Mariinskaya, demanding for Krokhin the highest measure of punishment - life imprisonment.

“Such a small income from such bloody activity can be explained only by two factors,” Mariinskaya said in court in February 2019. -Either Krokhin and the company is a gang of serial killers who just liked to kill people, or it was a marriage in work, and there were other episodes, more profitable, paying for such force majeure. Krokhin wrote a confession and admitted in four murders. But this can not become a mitigating circumstance. ”
The prosecutor Krokhin listened indifferently. Most likely, having concluded a deal with the investigation, he expected that the deadline would not be so serious. But the judge of the City Court of St. Petersburg Irina Tumanova did not find a reason for condescension, and on March 6, 2019, the former district police officer was sentenced to life imprisonment. Zubov and Zorin, who had received a deal immediately after the arrest, were sentenced to 8 and 9.5 years in prison. Nikitin, who pleaded guilty in court, received 13 years. Krokhin and Nikitin appealed, which the Supreme Court rejected.
The investigation of four murders in Kolpino, in the organization of which Krokhin admitted during the first court, was held quite quickly. The scheme was the same as in previous cases. In 2014, the district police officer met the drunkard Victor S. He lived with his mother, who also abused alcohol, in a three -room apartment worth about 6 million rubles.
To commit murders, Krokhin attracted two people who were considered to be informants. The elderly woman, her roommate and son was sustained and strangled. The death of all three is recognized as uncriminal. Moreover
The death of a woman and her friend personally recorded Krokhin. He also gave explanations to the experts who conducted the autopsy.
Krokhin did not have time to sell the apartment: when all the documents were ready, the former district police officer was detained on suspicion of murder in English Prospekt.
Another episode was still crowned with success. On the site, Krokhin lived (and also with his mother) addict Igor V. in the spring of 2010, while his son drunk somewhere, Krokhin and his two accomplices appeared in the apartment and strangled the woman. The corpse was placed in the bathroom, where she was discovered by her son returning home. Frightened that his mother could accuse him of death, his son easily agreed to Krokhin’s demand to transfer part of the apartment to him. Which, after Igor V., was sold to the rights of inheritance: Krokhin accounted for 800 thousand rubles. With the accomplices, in his own words, the former policeman paid for drugs.
Another episode, which was charged with Krokhin in the Kolpino court, was not brought to a logical end. This time, the mistress of Zubov was led to the drunkard, who was supposed to charm the man, marry him and force him to rewrite the apartment to her. After which the owner, apparently, was supposed to disappear. The first part of the plan - seduction and marriage - passed successfully. But the husband suddenly discovered a young wife in bed with Zubov, after which it became problematic to force him to rewrite the apartment on her.
The case was obeyed in a special order, and therefore the court lasted only two days. On December 26, the prosecutor announced the indictment, and on December 30 sentenced: Krokhin was added to a lifelong time for another 12.5 years. The lawyer of the convict refused to talk with the press, citing a ban that he received from his client. But in court it turned out to be a detail that suggests that the point in the case of black realtors from Kolpino is not set. Despite the fact that the agreement with the investigation, concluded by Krokhin in 2018, did not affect the mitigation of the verdict of the city court, in September 2019 the former district police officer concluded a new agreement with the investigation. Apparently, Krokhin can tell a lot more. Only now what he can benefit from his revelations, so far remains a mystery.
