On January 13, Mendeleevsky District Court of Tatarstan appointed a local resident a fine of 10 thousand rubles under an article on the initiation of hatred or enmity (Article 20.3.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation). This was reported by the head of the international human rights group "Agora" Pavel Chikov.
A resident of Tatarstan Radislav Fedorov published two videos on the VKontakte social network. One of them is “Dimon, who are you” - according to the court, contains statements “aimed at initiating hatred or enmity, as well as to humiliate the dignity of a group of persons according to the grounds of belonging to a certain social group - representatives of the authorities D. Medvedev, V. Putin, D. Peskov, I. Sechin”.

Fyodorov’s lawyer Pavel Terentyev appealed to the Supreme Court of the Republic with an appeal against this decision. The meeting was scheduled at 10:00 on January 15.
