The Moscow Mayor's Office agreed to hold a rally against the constitutional reform in Russia. According to Interfax , a 10,000th rally on Sakharov Avenue on February 1 has been agreed.

The press service of the Moscow Department of Regional Security and Anti-Corruption reported that a group of citizens had applied for the rally. Who exactly acted as the organizer, the mayor's office did not specify.
